One of our clients requested a custom creative template for Google Ad Manager that would look good on their websites and help increase CTR. Publishers are consistently seeking ways to improve CTR (click-through rate) to boost revenue from advertising.
The following requirements were provided:
- The banner primarily appears as a Leaderboard Banner (a horizontal banner placed at the top of the page).
- If the banner isn’t visible in the browser viewport for enough time, it transforms into a sticky banner, maintaining a fixed position at the top of the browser while the user scrolls.
- The banner returns to its initial ad container when the user scrolls back to the top of the page if it was in the sticky state.
- The sticky banner is visible for a limited time, after which it automatically closes and returns to the initial ad container.
- A close button with a radial progress bar is displayed when the banner is in the sticky state.
- The progress bar indicates the remaining time before the sticky banner will close.
- The template disables the auto-close functionality for the sticky banner when a user hovers over the banner.
This custom creative template is specifically designed for the Google Ad Manager ad server, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
