By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Your purchased license includes one year of free product updates, access to product downloads, and basic support. After one year, you can still use the templates or plugins you've purchased; however, you will no longer have access to file downloads, updates, or support.
All Genecy products are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You can use one license of templates on a single GAM account. The licensee may not sublicense, sell, assign, convey, or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement, or any of its rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Genecy.com.
We provide technical support for GAM templates by email. We offer support for template installation and its usage. We do not offer support for GPT tag installation and overall GAM usage. Basic support means that we will respond to support tickets within two working days. Usually, we respond to support tickets within 24 hours.
All content, including imagery, published on the Genecy domain, including site content published on the showcase, is the property of Genecy and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the Genecy website shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of Genecy.
Genecy does not provide any warranty or guarantee for these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products, as we cannot guarantee that Genecy products will work with all browser combinations. Genecy products are provided "As Is," and in no event shall Genecy be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use incurred by you or any third party arising out of or in connection with the use of our products.
The stock images used on our demo sites are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT part of the template package. All images are subject to the copyright of their respective owners.
Genecy templates are non-tangible and irrevocable digital goods. We provide refunds only if, with our support, you cannot get the templates to work on your GAM account. We do not provide refunds if the functionality or features do not suit your needs or if you cannot provide a preview URL with correctly installed GPT tags. All other purchases are final and not refundable. Before making a purchase, please ensure that the template you choose is suitable for your needs.
By making a purchase, you agree to be contacted by Genecy with regard to announcements, bug fixes, product updates, product releases, and promotional offers. You may opt-out of receiving these newsletters at any time.
Prices of all products are subject to change with or without notice.
